during peak seasons. In such cases, we will contact customers via email to resolve any issues
before proceeding with the order to ensure successful delivery.
Shipping Time
Estimated shipping times are as follows:
• United States: 7-10 business days
• International: 10-14 business days

control, including but not limited to:

• Carrier disruptions or errors

responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other external factors.
Taxes and Duties
Orders placed with Plain & Plenty Co. do not include any applicable customs duties, taxes, or
import fees imposed by the destination country. Customers are responsible for any additional
charges assessed by their local customs office. We recommend contacting your country's customs
authority for more information on potential fees before placing an order.
Important: Plain & Plenty Co. is not liable for any delays resulting from customs clearance
procedures. The release of shipments is at the sole discretion of the customs authorities in the
destination country.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order after payment, please contact us immediately. We will make every
effort to accommodate your request; however, due to our expedited processing system, we
cannot guarantee cancellation. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it will not be
eligible for cancellation, and you may need to follow our return process upon receipt of the item.
